The developers list should remain the forum of the core developers.

I agree to a cygwin-porters list. The charter should emphasize it's
goal to support discussions of porting GPL'ed software.

IMHO, the xfree list should stay alive. The current traffic maybe low
but that could change with the existance of more stable servers.
