The 1999-Jan-15 cygwin snapshot has a number of patches I added to
winsup to try to work around the Win95 page faults that people have
been reporting.  If you are experiencing page faults, usually from
"make", under Windows 95, please try swapping in the 1999-Jan-15 dll
and see if that gets rid of the problem.
