I'm planning on another code reorg.  Here's what I'm thinking:

1) The fhandler class should be kept in fhandler_ files.  Then we'd have

	fhandler_base.cc
	fhandler_console.cc
	fhandler_pipe.cc
	fhandler_tty.cc
	fhandler_socket.cc
	[...]
	fhandler.h

2) Remove misc.cc and syscalls.cc.  Move functions to filenames based
	on function-type.  A good example of how things should end up is
	times.cc which contains time-related functions.

Sound useful?  Any other similar changes to suggest?
