Just to add a data point that illustrates the problem -- I have a NT 4.0
SP3 FAT machine with 128M of RAM, but I can't even run dlltool to produce
the export library for tcl/tk/kernel32 etc. I usually kill it after a
few hours. The problem might very well be the fact that my EA SF is
about 150M, but even if I use another partition with about 15M EA SF,
the problem remains.
