OK, yet another snapshot is available in the usual place of
/private/noer/winsup-experimental.  This one contains Chris' extensive
renaming of u->self to myself throughout winsup, and some reformatting
of winsup.h that I just finished.

I just got word from Philippe that he sent me the assignment form
for his changes a week ago.  Sergey, I'd appreciate it if you could
send me the revised patch against this new snapshot so I can test it.
That way it will hopefully be ready to be committed when I get the
actual form in the mail.
