I made a new snapshot available today which includes the patch that
fixes the bash segv problem as well as Sergey's tweaks to console.cc
et al.

I'm now actively working on getting beta 19 out the door.  It might
still be possible to include additional changes to cygwin.dll -- I
mainly need to work on the installer and that sort of thing at this
point.
