But now we can't even easily build the libraries from sources, 
because of the LIBXML_DLL_IMPORT macro indtroduced in Version 2.4.18

I succeeded to build the static libraries
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85161), but not the shared DLLs. 

Can you please give a clue how to compile the shared libraries?
