Perhaps if you go back to the page where you undoubtedly discovered this
mailing list and gave more than 4 seconds worth of attention to it, you
might find a more appropriate forum for asking questions.

There is a mailing list that is mentioned on the main cygwin page.
References to it are sprinkled througout the web site.

You obviously have quite a bit to learn about both solving your own
problems and asking for help.

Just to be even more helpful, I have gone back and read your initial
post.  It is almost incomprehensible.  It lacks any details that
would allow anyone to help you.  I realize that you are not a native
English speaker but that obviously doesn't give you an excuse to
fail to provide basic details.

It is likely that if you adhere to the guidelines in the above page
with regard to your problem, you'll probably get helped.
