Expected.  The test was to make sure you didn't cause new problems, on
the intended target as well as an unrelated target.

Um, yes you do, unless there's another Charles Wilson checking things
into sources?  If you can check into cygwin, you can check into
binutils as well (with permission, of course).  They're in the same
repository.
