Thanks to Fred that's in CVS now.

I just checked in a change so that all environment variables are
not stored in the same "Parameters" subkey but in an extra
"Environment" subkey below "Parameters". I didn't like my first
solution at all so I decided to change that as soon as possible.

I hope to get the stdin/out/err stuff into CVS today.
