The build didn't succeed.  It stalled on building libobjc.  It
progressed far enough for me to test the version of gcc that I built.
That didn't work either.  It complained about various undefined symbols
in tinfo.c.

Maybe this is a result of plugging in a recent libiberty.

Oh, and, of course, I'm cross building this on linux like I do all
of my other net packages.  I guess tomorrow I can try three-staging
this to see if that works better.  It might be a good idea to the
same version of gcc that we release to build our packages anyway.
