Of course I could be wrong, but I think that rather unlikely. Opposite 
direction (Linux hosted cross-compiler for DJGPP) is much more common. Perhaps 
it could be possible to build DJGPP hosted cross-compiler for Linux, but I 
myself  would prefer rebooting Linux to do any compilation for it
