This is due to a bug in NTVDM.  You need a newer version of RHIDE, one 
that is compiled with a version of C library where there's a work-around 
for that bug.

No, it's NT Virtual DOS Machine, a DOS emulator that is part of Windows 
NT and all its descendants.
