You want Bash:

Note that you will need to install quite a few auxiliary packages to
be able to run configure scripts; section 4.4 of the DJGPP FAQ tells
which ones.

Also note that I have no idea what LambdaMOO is, so I don't know
whether it can be built with DJGPP tools.
