I haven't heard from the person who usually updates the *d.zip files
in a while.  Anyone want to volunteer to do it?

You can use the .texinfo files in with the sources to rebuild all of
those; that's all he did.  texi2html is a perl script; djgpp comes
with texi2ps.  He used real TeX to do his conversions, so they'll look
better that way.
