Did you install the maintainance-releases up to m4 too? 

Try: If you just type go32 you should read 'Version 1,12m3', as maint.4 
doesn't change go32.

If that's not the problem, did you read the faq's (file faqxxx.zip with 
xxx is the version-number, 102 as far as I know) about installation of 
djgpp?
