I've got the tcplib.zip as directed by previous post from
omnigate.clarkson.edu. The file is dated Jul 94 (one year old)
and after some testing, the library seem to be incomplete.

E.g.  1. no send and recv function in socket.c
      2. sendto and recvfrom just return 0 and do nothing

I want to know whether there is a newer version of it somewhere
before I start to modify it.
