This announces a "refresh" of the GDB 6.4 for DJGPP v2.04 on the FTP site.

This build is identical to the previous version, except that it has been
built against PDcurses 3.0, and therefore supports the TUI mode.  This mode
can be enabled by invoking either the "gdbtui" script, or passing the -tui
switch to GDB.
