Bug 000137

When Created: 02/11/1997 04:02:03
Against DJGPP version: 2.01
By whom: x-aes@telelogic.se
Abstract: Libc's info-file 'index' jumps to wrong place
If I choose index in the top 'menu' libc-info-file, I am given a page
about an index function regarding strings, not the index I was supposing
with a list of all functions/variables.

When I press 'u' I get to where I want..

Ahh well ntemacs 19.34 win95..

Note added: 04/19/1997 01:17:19

This is a known bug in the libc docs; they don't have a properly defined 'index'
node. I ran into a similar problem when trying to create an info lookup function
for Emacs.

Closed on 04/12/1999 12:00:40: There's no index in libc.info, as the alphabetic listing serves as the index.
