I like the idea of being able to upgrade the processor & memory via a separate card. But, I don't need to make mine as small as a PDA would require. So if nobody else is seriously interested in doing the PDA thing, I'll go ahead on my own with my robotics project. Otherwise let's talk. I have found a source for the SA1110 processors (Avnet) but have not been able to find a source for 200pin SODIMM sockets. I found an AMP/Tyco part but it seems to have been discontinued. So I am looking at using some 3M board stacking connectors instead. If anyone wants to work together on this, or knows of a source for the SODIMM sockets send me an email.
