There's a minor change on this: I fgured tqfp and lqfp are essentially the same land-pattern-wise, and their vertical profile differ. I changed the names so I have qfn() and qfp() now, and no alias called tqfp() or lqfp() because there would be too many prefixes (like VQFP, HVQFP, PQFP according to some source). if anyone knows of QFP variants that have other than height differnece to the common tqfp/lqfp packages, I'd be happy to get a link to the related package datasheet(s) so that I could implement a qf() frontend for those.
