Yes, I would also prefer to have "Autonumber text in:"=="Current Page" as default, because so really something happens... But that is a matter of taste. No, the obvious problem is: I inserted a few nets, so net tool was active. And when net-tool is active, nothing happens. For most users that is not a problem, when we know that something should happen, we do thinking for a few seconds... After about 10 seconds I switched to select tool and tried again, and the renumber dialog pops up. But for beginners it it may take longer, so the Renumber menu entry should be grey out, or should work even when net tool is active. PS: I just tested DJ's import function in PCB program -- really nice. Footprints are automatically replaced when we change them in the schematic.
