The blue color indicates, there are changes available. If the lib is 
unchanged since gschem was started, the circular arrow is grey. Makes 
me wonder, why the application needs human input to actually update 
the list in the dialogue.

Currently, none of the buttons in gschem dialogues has tool tips 
attached. Looks like project to start coding the gschem GUI...
