I just ran across a bga footprint in the symbols.org site that had the
following pad statement:


Pad [ -4.500000mm -8.000000mm -4.500000mm -8.000000mm 0.400000mm
0.300000mm 0.527000mm "A1" "A1" "" ]

So as long as I put the mm after each measurement pcb will know the
units are millimeter?  And is the resolution really 6 decimal places?
