With sch-rnd open, press W then L to bring up the Library window (or click the Window menu and select Library).

In the Library window tree you should see the system symbol library under $(rc.path.share)/symbol. Please click on the small '>' to expand that.

Underneath you should see "mech" in the list. Please expand that.<= /p>

You should see connector among the parts. Click on that (A below).

Then click on the "parametric parameter" button at B.

When the parametric box opens, enter your connector width and length in the ny and nx edit boxes. I've entered 5 and 1 which gave me a 5 pin connector you can see above:

Find the schematic window and mouse over it and you'll find the connector moving with your mouse. Click to place it.
