Tracked it down to > having duplicated vertices. I'm always happy to receive test-cases. (Ideally ones pre-prepared to remove all the parts of a design non-relevant to reproducing the bug). Duplicated vertices are known to cause problems, but they _should_ be stripped out by the polygon handling code. (Although, I know of at least one bug that introduces them). Were your duplicate vertices introduced in the polygon shape definition in your PCB file, or created by PCB in the act of calculating clearances etc..? If you can, send me the test-case!.
