I have put the C99 complex functions I have written so far available at

http://www.helsinki.fi/~peuha/english/djgpp/complex.tar.gz

These are all the easiest functions to implement; I don't expect to have
time to work on the harder ones, so I'll commit these if there are no
problems with them.
