FYI:

I just checked the UPX home page and spotted that UPX 1.24 was released on
7-Nov-2002.  This one still has the same problem where the uncompressed exe
is not byte for byte the same as the original exe before being compressed..

I tested 1.23 and 1.24 with regards to if the decompressed files are
different, but they are the same, which is different to the original file.

This is the changes for 1.24
