I believe we should reference this page from the delorie.com web page,
and also cross linked from clio.

We need to figure out what we want where (no need for duplication).
There is v2.03/refresh info (probably should be moved to delorie.com),
win2k/xp info (mostly fixed, moved to documentation/web page), and
v2.04/cvs next release stuff.
