If someone wants to supply a 2.03 and a 2.04 exe to test along with detailed
instructions on how to do the test then I can perform the test on two XP
PC's, one is a Celleron 800 and a P4 2.0. I don't have the time to come up
with a test or series of tests, but I am willing to help out with the tests
on XP.
