When testing on Windows 98 SE I found that it seemed to max out of filehandles at about ~200. Presumably DOS is the limiting factor in the number of filehandles? If we had SuperDuperDOS that supported > 256 filehandles, then we'd hit the limit. Does an operating system supporting this many filehandles exist (FreeDOS?)? I'll commit the patch next weekend, if there's no further comment. Thanks, bye, Rich =] -- Richard Dawe [ http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/ ]
