  I had a report about problems of Free Pascal Compiler
for Go32v2 (based on DJGPP stub and startup code).

  A.C.J. van Amersfoort (seee CC field) sent a report about startup failures
of Free Pascal compiled programs.
This report said that the program crashes with QEMM 9.0 !
After discussion with the bug reporter, we finally discovered that
this bug only appears if the QEMM.SYS driver is install but
NOT the QEMM DPMI provider !
(adding QDPMI.SYS in the config.sys file fiwed the crash)

  CWSDPMI seems to not work correctly with QEMM.SYS,
this is not Free Pascal specific, as my reporter also 
also DJGPP programs like GNU as or ld  crash at startup !

  I did not find any reference about such a problem in the FAQ,
(but I may have missed it !)
that is why I am reporting it here !

  Is this an already known incompatibility ?
