DJ has asked me to drop a note about a new feature.

This new alpha should fix now also the exception support
for DJGPP. This means, it is not longer needed to modify
the specs file to get the crtf.o startupfile linked in.

To enable this, there are few changes in crt0.S and a new
file src/libc/crto0/rfinfo.c.

Please test this, especially also, with the modified specs
file installed, so that crtf.o and the new libc is linked in
and see, if there are any problems.

BTW: I write this, without having the new alpha downloaded
since it was not available yet on my mirror.
