One such book is "Teach Yourself C"  by Herbert Schildt.  by Osborne
Press.  free (all beit simple) code at www.osborne.com. 

One that actually distributes the DJGPP program on a cd with it is:
"Introduction To C++" by Steve Heller.  Not sure of publisher.
