Thanks for the many responses.  Nice to see.  Makes it not so difficult for
even a beginner to be able to use djgpp! 
Well, everythings seems to be working fine now,  Haven't figured out the
assembly stuff YET!!  Not sure I want to try converting this soon.  Maybe a
reference should be made to yyparse linking it to bison(which I haven't
installed yet).
Guess you guys know.  
Are Bison, Yacc, and GDB (debugger) useful for a beginner?  Should I bother
installing them yet?  Are there any GCC, or DJGPP tutorials?  Actually seem
to be doing OK so far though, but one might speed things up a bit.
