Qt5Designer is part of the qt5-tools package. I've finally gotten the 5.15.18 qt5-tools version to build, though packaging it is not quite there yet. I'll try to solidify the packaging over next couple days. I will be AFK next week and plan to take up scintilla2 upon my return.
