Again, as I said before, the build was giving me some grief about this part and I thought I had fixed it, but for whatever reason the package doesn't contain the file. There were some other things I had to attend to, like Windows Defender interfering with the packaging of anything that has either ftps or https in it (yes, really), so I didn't notice that this was still missing from the package I released. I'll re-release shortly with a fix and also promote 2.51.0 to current.
