I have executed my testcase with last cygwin snapshot and works ok.

I have also executed varnish problematic tool  (varnishtest) without
my workaround and now it works ok.
I will remove the workaround in next varnish 2.1.5 package release
when cygwin 1.7.8 become avalaible.
