If you are seeing a problem with Cygwin 1.7.7 then, as I mentioned earlier,
this is not the same problem.

To answer your question, we do not have a regular schedule for releases.  We
release new versions of Cygwin when we think they're properly "baked".

You are, however, welcome to try out a snapshot.
