These guys are distributing cygwin1.dll ver. 1.5 as part of the "free" (as = in beer) product "SUPER (c) v2010.build.38 (May 2, 2010)". http://www.erightsoft.com/S6Kg1.html As far as I can tell, sources are not available, for cygwin or anything tha= t might be linked to it. (It is so hard to find the link that will downloa= d the setup file that it is not out of the question that sources may be the= re in some obscure place.)
