This puts some dll's on your file system and would also I presume update your registry. I'd like to do be able to run some simple cygwin programs such as grep and ls without having to run the set up and change my registry. I am wondering if this is possible. Thanks. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Is-it-possible-to-use-any-of-the-cygwin-programs-without-changing-registry--tp27535202p27535202.html Sent from the Cygwin list mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
