I will have to revive this topic...
It still does not work: namely used ssh-user-config
it created 3 keys: SSH1 RSA, SSH2 RSA, SSH2 DSA.
But it fails in similar way with:

ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Any ideas?
