Those were all dummy packages containing bzipped 0-byte files that were replaced with bzipped empty tar files so as to avoid a setup.exe warning about unknown tar format. See . It shouldn't be an issue in the future due to and due to the fact that the tar format checking stuff isn't in the released version of setup.exe.
