As far as I know, 7.1 contains only bug fixes. Directory names. It's a packaging issue. FWIW, Corinna and Yaakov, can we change vim to use /usr/share/vim instead of the versioned directory? Since Cygwin only allows one version installed at a time, this might be a worthwhile deviation from the upstream vim packaging structure...
