They just mean that the m4 macros included with those packages (freetype2, libsmi, cppunit) are possibly underquoted. Ideally, those errors should be reported to the upstream authors of those packages so that the quoting can be adjusted, but realistically the warnings mean nothing and can be ignored. (Unless, of course, you actually are running into a problem caused by insufficient quoting, but that would be a very different error message.)
