Igor and David,

  Thanks very much for the bug report and analysis.  I didn't
want you to think that they had just vanished into the ether :-/

  I have been queing up some issues that I want to revisit with
the nfs-server package, and should (hopefully!) find time to work
on a new release in the near future.
