I am new, and I'd like to know if
APM(apache+MySQL+PHP) can be
run in cygwin.

I think there's a manual for running apache there,
but I couldn't find one for the whole APM.

And, I also want to know if Tomcat kinds can
be run. Of course, it's for Servlet/JSP-Beans.
