As with all problems like this, you go to , type in the name of the file you're looking for (cygfltknow-0.dll in this case - the package search engine is case sensitive), find the package it's in, and run setup.exe to install that package. >Please note that have Dev-C++ using an earlier version of FLTK, that >compilation works fine and the program runs without any problems.
