Thanks, nice works... well... nicely.    (didn't know it was ported!)

I modified the registry for the service in:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\myservice\Parameters
changed the AppPath key to be:
AppPath        REG_SZ        "/usr/bin/nice.exe"
and added an AppArgs key:
AppArgs        REG_SZ        "-n -20 /bin/myservice.exe"
