This is good. First you don't address his problem at all. How helpful! 
Next send him to read your own pet peave about how HTML posting is 
wasteful. Great! Finally you send him to Google in Germany! Now that's a 
wise use of net resources! (Actually with a name like Dmitriy Kargapolov 
I would have guessed google.ru would be better - actually didn't even 
know that google.ru existed until now... - but who knows).
